Terms and Conditions for Comanche Acres Iris Garden

Products

Our website carefully describes our plants and garden supplies. Every effort is made to post images that accurately reflect the colors of the plants, but slight variations may be expected.

Pricing

Prices are listed online and can change without notice. Additional taxes and shipping will apply unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payments are accepted via credit card at the time of order. Full payment is required before plants are reserved for your order. Customer understands that payment will be charged at the time of the order and the plants will be shipped during our shipping period as described below.

Order Processing

Orders for the continental United States can be placed online throughout the year and in our store during the blooming season. You'll receive a confirmation email. We'll notify you if an order cannot be fulfilled.Return Policy of Damaged Plants

Comanche Acres Iris Garden will accept requests for return or replacement of items shipped if the request is made by phone or email within 10 days of receipt of order.

Order Consent

Customer understands that their payment (credit card, check or PayPal) will be processed at the time the order is received, but products will be shipped at the proper planting time.

Shipping Schedule

Tall Bearded irises are shipped from June 15th until mid-October. Spurias are shipped from August 15th until mid-October.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate shipping information and care for plants upon receipt using our instructions. The customer is also responsible for notifying us if their address changes between the time of ordering the plants and the time they are shipped. Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of re-shipping plants to an address that has been changed without notice to Comanche Acres Iris Gardens.

Cancellations

Plants are limited in quantity, and inventory is adjusted with each order. Cancellations of orders after May 31st will be accepted and refunded at the sole discretion of Comanche Acres Iris Gardens.

Liability

We are not liable for damages due to improper care of plants after purchase.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Missouri govern these terms. Disputes will be resolved in Clinton County, Missouri.

Privacy Policy

Comanche Acres Iris Garden collects and keeps the information on your order form on our computer system, which is required to ship your order or communicate with you regarding any issues with your order. This information includes your name, address, phone number(s), email address, and other information except that listed below that you included in your product order.

Cookies

We do not intentionally use Cookies to collect or store customer data. The Browser History on your own computer may collect and store information that you enter on our website.

Credit Card Information

Your Credit Card information is NOT COLLECTED OR STORED by Comanche Acres Iris Gardens. Your payment is processed by secure servers at the credit card company, and only the last four digits of your credit card are shared with Comanche Acres Iris Gardens.

Sale or Use of Information You Provide Us

Comanche Acres Iris Garden does not sell or provide the information we receive from you to any third party except that which might be required by government officials or law enforcement.

Our Email Newsletter

Your email address is ONLY ADDED to our email newsletter database UPON YOUR REQUEST. That list is maintained on the servcers at Icontact.com. We do not provide or sale your email address to any third-party vendor. You may cancel your subscription to the newsletter at a link at the bottom of each newsletter or by contacting us.
